1. Bomy.net has right to delete any files, which uses excessive amount of server resources or threatens the security of the server.
2. Bomy.net not responsible for any files that are uploaded to the site. Although our staffs consistently look over the uploaded files, it is impossible for us to look at the every single file including images and videos. All uploaded files are belonging to the original owners. We are not affiliated with any of the company represented in the content of the files.
3. Please follow all the rules and regulations in the European Union.
4. Do not upload child pornography under no circumstance. The IP that is associated with child pornography will be banned immediately without any warnings of any sorts, and the responsable will be reported to the competent authority.
5. All files are copy righted to their respective owners.
6. Bomy.net reserves right to change terms at any time for any reason.
